    5 Things You Shouldn't Do First When You Wake Up In The Morning


    For the best tone for the day you must start your morning in a good and energetic way. Your day would be unproductive if you don't start your day with lots of energy. You may be committing one of the 5 common mistakes in morning.

    1. Snooze button

    Scientists and Specialists says that snooze alarms are always a bad idea. Every time you hit snooze and fall back asleep, you enter a sleep cycle which won’t be able to finish. So when you wake up, you’ll feel very tired and lazy. That's why always avoid the snooze button and wake up in just a single alarm

    2. Stay curled up in bed is a bad choice

    When you wake up, stretch your legs and arms even if you are still lying in bed. The more you stretch, the more confident and happy you will be during the day. It also active your blood circulation. Those who wake up and curled tend to be much more stressed and sleepy.

    3. Never check your e-mail/ whatsapp message/ facebook notifications first thing in the morning

    Checking messages just after you get up distracts you from the important tasks you need to do. You will not able to concentrate what tasks you have to do. Focus on productive actions instead of scrolling through your inbox.

    4. Dont drink bed-coffee and bed-tea

    Habit of bed tea or bed coffee is bad for you health also. If you are doing this than think again. Researcher says in the morning, our body produces large amounts of the energy-regulating hormone called cortisol. If you drink coffee before 9:30, your body will reduce production of cortisol and you will have less energy.

    5. Don’t wake up in the dark

    The internal clock of our body is sensitive to light and darkness. If you wake up in dark, your brain could be confused and make you feel sleepy. Open the curtains, blow up the lights it will help your mind yo wake up properly

    These are the 5 common morning mistakes we usually do. Always follow a routine. Make a schedule for everything, take a healthy breakfast within an hour you wake up and you feel the most energetic human on the earth
