With the pain of terror tag and torment since eleven years, the trial court has released two Muslim Boys in Delhi from terror charges on Thursday.
Irshad Ali and Maurif Qamar were detained in December 2005 and kept in "unlawful custody" for a considerable length of time, after which they were named in terror case. They had been functioning as sources for the Delhi Police's Special Cell and Intelligence Bureau till they dropped out with their handlers.
Police had claimed that these two were captured with arms and ammo on 9 February 2006 at Mukarba Chowk in Delhi, when they got off a transport from Jammu. Be that as it may, Delhi High Court has requested a CBI probe, after Qamar's sibling application.
The CBI has documented its conclusion on 11 November 2008, in which they had presumed that these two were IB and Special Cell witnesses and had been wrongly accused.
Then these two were discharged on bail in 2009.
"In spite of the fact that my clients (Irshad Ali and Maurif Qamar) have been cleared today by the respectable trial court, I won't have the capacity to make a remark on the judgment until I inspect it. A copy of the judgment has not been issued up 'til now"

Mere quittance does not end the pain for them.A recently discharged report by individuals' tribunal provide details regarding cleared innocents, prepared by previous Chief Justice of Delhi High Court Justice AP Shah, found that few quittances following years of detainment are insufficient.
"The individuals who had been wrongly sentenced ought to be qualified for pay from the state. The individuals who are in charge of subverting the administer of law – police, prosecutors and so on – must be considered responsible"
